We always aim to despatch orders within 3 working days of an order being placed, we then hand the orders and control from that point on over to one of our shipping partners. (USPS)
if after 10 working days from placing your order, you are concerned about its whereabouts, just get in touch and we will happily investigate. We send all packages by services with a tracking number - your tracking number should be sent to you as soon as your label is printed and will be in transit until we fill your order!
USPS First Class Shipping:

Delivery in 1-5 days after shipping.
USPS Express Priority Shipping:
$8.99
Delivery 1-2 days after shipping.
We process Express orders ahead of others, but if you need your order on a particular day, please email us immediately after placing your order.

How can I make a return/exchange?
